The CeremonyWhile we won't perform your ceremony, we can provide sound, lighting, and equipment. If your chosen venue does not have a sound system, we will be happy to run sound throughout the ceremony and to provide wireless microphones if needed.

The ReceptionThe ceremony is over and everyone is ready to celebrate! This is our time to shine. Once set up, we'll play your favorite dance music for as long as you'll have us. We work with you to ensure the type of music you want to hear, to organize any special dances, and to offer MC services throughout the night.

The Extra StuffNeed light music during the wedding brunch and cocktail hour? Need ambient lighting to set the mood? We can provide a lot of that. Let us know your needs and we'll do our best to make sure your day is as special as it can be!

What to expect
Three Weeks Out
- Book your DJ and complete the Wedding Planning Form. The Wedding Planning Form will provide us with details on your event so that we can make sure we do exactly what you want.
- Pay Deposit. We ask for 1/2 down before the event, with the remainder due before setting up at the venue.
- Verify the date and make sure the Wedding Planning Form is complete and still accurate.
- We will request to see the wedding venue so that we can pre-plan setup. You do not have to be present, but it would be helpful.
- Get excited!
- Once the planning is complete, we will need at least one hour to set up our equipment and run sound checks. This has to be done before any guests arrive.
- If you are using our equipment for the ceremony, we will also need to have that area set up in advance. Following the ceremony, we will need at least 30 minutes (plus travel time) to move any sound equipment to the place of the reception.
- Immediately following the ceremony, if requested, we will play ambient music during "cocktail hour" and until the time you want the reception to officially begin.
- Typically, the reception officially begins when the bride and groom make their appearance. From that point, we will follow the script outlined in the Wedding Planning Form.
Pricing
Package OneCeremony and Reception:
This includes sound setup for the ceremony and a DJ for the reception. Pricing is by the hour. You specify the start time; we will need an hour prior to the start time to set up. We do not charge to set up and tear down. The music stops at the appointed end time; we will signal this by shutting down our lights. Extra time may be added if paid for at the start of the hour. $300 for the First Hour, $100 each additional hour |
Package TwoReception Only:
This includes sound setup and a DJ for the reception Pricing is by the hour. You specify the start time; we will need an hour prior to the start time to set up. We do not charge to set up and tear down. The music stops at the appointed end time; we will signal this by shutting down our lights. Extra time may be added if paid for at the start of the hour. $200 for the First Hour, $100 each additional hour |
