Pricing

Package 1It's all about the music! This is our most basic package, perfect for events that just need music and an MC. We'll provide the sound system and an MC for your event.
Includes:
$75/Hour PlanningWe always try to provide basic assistance with getting your event going but if you need more in-depth help, we'll be glad to help.

Package 2Bring on the lights! This is our standard DJ package. It's a good all-around setup that covers most events. We'll provide sound and lights, as well as an MC.

$100/Hour Custom EquipmentIf you're looking for a more customized party, begin with the basic package and then let us know what add-ons you would like. Sometimes the full setup is just too much, or maybe you have something more specific in mind.

Package 3Bring on the talent! This is where you get to shine. In addition to the music and lights, we'll bring out the karaoke equipment so you can be the star!

For Live MusicEquipment and Sound Engineering for Live Music: All of our equipment can be rented out for your band to perform. We'll provide 2 mains, 1 sub, and 1 monitor, plus the mixing board. We will take care of setting up and tearing down. We can also run basic sound if requested. $200/Hour
Recording: We have a 2 channel digital multi-tracker that can also be rented out. Recording time is about 2 hours. This handles sound from the mixer to the recorder. The final MP3 file can then be sent digitally. Pricing varies Availability & FeesAvailability is limited so please give us advance notice of your event. Requested music must be provided two weeks in advance of the event to ensure we have all of the songs.
If travel is required outside of the area, we charge .50 cents a mile outside of 30 miles from downtown Poteau. |
General Legal Mumbo-Jumbo and FAQ's
In order to keep everyone safe and make sure that the event is a success, we have a few rules and requirements in place. Most of this should be pretty standard.
Q: Can I play my own music?
A: Nope, sorry. We are only allowed to play music that is licensed. We make every effort to keep our database current but we can't always have every song, and not every song can be licensed. Same with Karaoke.
Q: Can you stay for another hour? Please?
A: Sure, but we require payment up front. Have you ever tried to track someone down at the end of a party? While DJing is a lot of fun, we also have expenses to cover.
Q: What do you need to set up?
A: We require at least a 6' x 6' area to set up our equipment and a 110v power source.
Q: When do we have to pay?
A: We require a 1/2 deposit 10 days in advance of the gig, with the rest payable when we arrive.
Q: What are the rules of the DJ booth?
A: We have a lot of expensive stuff, and you have a lot of bones, we don't want either broke. As such, there are a few things that we ask...

A: We have a lot of expensive stuff, and you have a lot of bones, we don't want either broke. As such, there are a few things that we ask...
- Nobody is allowed behind the DJ booth. It's easy to get hung up on a wire, knock the equipment off, break an arm, and stop everyone from enjoying themselves. For your safety and ours, we ask that you respect the space around the DJ booth.
- Please, no drinks around the DJ equipment. Nothing is worse than having to stop the party because of a spilled drink.
- Feel free to request songs. We will generally have request slips available. Song requests are not guaranteed. While we do everything we can to play a song, there are certain things we won't do, and if we don't have a song, we simply can't play it.
- Sorry, only the DJ/MC can use the booth microphone. If the host needs use of the mic, they should let us know beforehand so that we can make sure to pack extra mics.
- We ask that you respect the DJ's space. This is our job and our DJ's have to concentrate on providing a great time for everyone. We use 4-6 "decks", which means that in between songs we are working on creating a smooth flow, mixing, and adjusting speed and levels.
- Tips are encouraged!
